Humanized Mouse Models

Humanized mouse models include human PBMC humanized and genetic modified humanized models. The former has been developed using human PBMC and NOG or its equivalent strains. The latter has been developed by knock-In human genes into mouse locus. Both are widely used for testing efficacy of T-cell related drug or treatments.
