We designed a variety of function-oriented screening methods to obtain active hits that meet the expected goals. For example, for ADC drugs, we developed a phage panning method based on cell endocytosis. For tissue-specific antibodies, we developed a strategy of rescue to recover sequences from specific targeted tissue in transgenic animals. Our screening approach is result-oriented and is more suitable for the rapid discovery of specific customer needs.
